LOCATION: The complex is formed by hotel and residence and is situated in Carano town (1.100 m above sea level), only 3 km from the centre of Cavalese.
DISTANCE TO SKI LIFTS / SKIBUS: Ski lifts are 3.5 km far from the residence and skibus stop is 50 m far.
ACCOMMODATION: Apartments are located in two buildings connected by an underground passage. All the apartments are furnished in typical mountain style, have telephone, SAT TV, balcony (except for ATTIC type), bathroom with shower and toilet and parking place.
• ATTIC for 4 persons consists of only one room and has two separate beds (separated by dark curtain), double folding sofa and kitchenette.
• MONOLOCAL for 4 persons consists of only one room and has double folding sofa, bunk beds (separated by wooden wall), kitchenette and balcony.
• TRILOCAL for 5-7 persons consists of bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with bunk beds and separate bed, living room with double folding sofa, kitchenette and balcony.
BOARD: Self-catering.
RESIDENCE FACILITIES & AMENITIES: Reception, tavern, disco, terrace, TV room, ski depository, lift/elevator in both buildings and car park / parking lot.
SPORT & RELAX: Pool, gym, table tennis, sauna, Turkish bath.
FOR CHILDREN: Club for children in the age of 3-10 (in local or universal language), playroom, child cot/crib, high chair, bottle warmer (has to be requested).
SPECIAL OFFER: In terms 1 December - 22 December 2007 and 29 March - 5 April 2008 the minimum length of stay is 3 nights.
LENGTH OF STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: The length of stay is 7, 6, 5 or 4 nights. It is possible to check in between 17.30 – 21.00. It is necessary to check out by 9.30.

COMPULSORY SURCHARGES:
• refundable deposit 150 EURO/ apartment, club card 20 EURO/ adult/ week, 10 EURO/ children 3-10 years/ week, which includes:
• water, gas and electricity consumption,
• local taxes,
• bed linen and towels,
• steam bath for a fee paid in the resort.
NOTICE: Final cleaning is not included in the price and it is necessary to leave the apartment cleaned at the departure.
