LOCATION: Apartments and residences are situated in Predazzo town (1.080 m above sea level) in peaceful surrounding.
DISTANCE TO SKI LIFTS / SKIBUS: Ski lifts are max. 1.5 km far and skibus stop is near (max 200 m) the apartments.
ACCOMMODATION: Apartments vary in the way they are furnished depending on the owners‘ taste and have bathroom with shower and toilet, colour TV and parking place.
• BILOCAL for 4 persons consists of bedroom with double bed, living room with double folding sofa or two folding beds and kitchenette.
• TRILOCAL for 6 persons consists of bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two separate or bunk beds, living room with double folding sofa or two single folding sofas or two folding beds and kitchenette.
BOARD: Self-catering.
LENGTH OF STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: The length of stay is 7 or 4 nights and the arrival day is Saturday or Wednesday (2. January 2008). It is possible to check in between 16.00 – 19.00 and necessary to check out by 9.30.

PRICE INCLUDES:
• rent of the apartment for 7 or 4 nights,
• water and electricity consumption, heating,
• local taxes
• insurance against insolvency.
COMPULSORY SURCHARGES:
• refundable deposit 150 EURO/ apartment,
• final cleaning (except for the kitchenette which has to be cleaned by the clients) BILO 40 EURO/ apartment/ week, TRILO 50 EURO/ apartment/ week, bed linen 10 EURO/ person/ exchange (paid in the resort).
NOTICE: The apartments are located in private houses and it is therefore necessary to announce a delayed arrival (after 19.00) by a phone call, otherwise we do not guarantee that it will be possible to accommodate on that day and a 50 EURO fee/ apartment might be charged.
