LOCATION: New built residence has peaceful and sunny location with beautiful view. It is 1.5 km far from the centre of Cavalese in Marco part near ice-skating rink, covered swimming pool and gondola to Cermis skiing slopes.
DISTANCE TO SKI LIFTS / SKIBUS: Ski lifts Cermis are 800 m far, bus stop of skibus and local bus is right opposite the residence.
ACCOMMODATION: Apartments furnished in modern style have SAT TV, telephone, kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet.
• BILO 2 – for max. 2 persons consists of bedroom with double bed and big living room with kitchenette.
• BILO 4 – for max. 4 persons consists of bedroom with double bed and big living room with double folding sofa.
• TRILO 6 – for max. 6 persons consists of bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two separate or bunk beds and living room with double folding sofa, balcony.
• QUATRO 8 – for max. 8 persons consists of two bedrooms with double bed, another bedroom with bunk beds or two separate beds and living room with double folding sofa or two folding sofas and balcony.

LENGTH OF STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: The length of stay is 7, 6 or 4 nights. The arrival day is Saturday, Sunday or Tuesday. It is possible to check in between 17.00 – 21.00. It is necessary to check out by 10.00.

• final cleaning 45 EURO/ BILO, 55 EURO/ TRILO and QUATRO (paid in the resort, except for the kitchenette which has to be cleaned at the departure).
