LOCATION: The apartments and residences are situated in Mazzin di Fassa town (1.340 m above sea level) with restaurants, pizzerias, bars, skiing school, skis and ski kit rental nearby.
DISTANCE TO SKI LIFTS / SKIBUS: The nearest ski lifts are 4 km far, skibus stop is near the apartments.
ACCOMMODATIONE: Apartments vary in the way they are furnished depending on the owners‘ taste and have bathroom with shower and toilet, colour TV, some have balcony and some are attic without balcony.
• Type A – the lowest class.
• Type B – middle class apartments.
• Type C – higher class apartments – above standard equipped or spacious.
• MONO for 2/ 3 persons consists of only one room with bunk beds, single folding couch and kitchenette.
• BILO for 4 persons consists of bedroom with double bed, living room with double folding sofa or two folding beds and kitchenette.
• TRILO for 6 persons consists of bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two separate or bunk beds, living room with double folding sofa or two single folding sofas or two folding beds and kitchenette.
• QUATRO for 8 persons consists of 3 bedrooms and living room with double folding sofa and kitchenette. This type of apartment has 2 bathrooms.
BOARD: Self-catering.
LENGTH OF STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: The length of stay is 7 nights, the arrival day is Saturday. It is possible to check in between 16.00 – 19.00. It is necessary to check out by 9.30.
PRICE from:     17   EUR/ pers./ night      ( prices for season winter 2007-08 )

PRICE INCLUDES:
• rent of the apartment for 7 nights,
• water and electricity consumption, heating,
• local taxes
• insurance against insolvency.
COMPULSORY SURCHARGES:
• refundable deposit 200 EURO/ apartment,
• final cleaning 55 EURO/ apartment/ week (except for the kitchenette which has to be cleaned by the clients, paid in the resort).
EXTRA / OPTIONAL:
• bed linen 13 EURO/ person/ exchange (on request, paid in the resort),
• child cot / crib 35 EURO/ week (on request, paid in the resort)
NOTICE: The apartments are located in private houses and it is therefore necessary to announce a delayed arrival (after 19.00) by a phone call, otherwise we do not guarantee that it will be possible to accommodate on that day and a 50 EURO fee/ apartment might be charged.
