LOCATION: Apartments and residences are located in Alba di Canazei town (1.460 m above sea level). Nearby lies supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, banks, shops, ski school, rental of skis and ski kit, beauty centre.
DISTANCE TO SKI LIFTS / SKIBUS: The distance from the nearest ski lifts is maximum 500 – 1000 m, skibus stop is near the apartments.
ACCOMMODATION: Apartments vary in the way they are furnished depending on the owners‘ taste and have bathroom with shower and toilet, colour TV, some have balcony and some are attic without balcony.
• Type A – the simplest apartments, usually the furthest from the ski lifts / the lowest class.
• Type B – the middle class apartments.
• Type C – higher class apartments – either they are above standard equipped or they are closer to the ski lifts or they are spacious.
• MONO for 2/3 persons consists of only one room with bunk beds, single folding couch and kitchenette.
• BILO for 4 persons consists of bedroom with double bed, living room with double folding couch or two folding beds and kitchenette.
• TRILO for 6 persons consists of bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two separate or bunk beds, living room with double folding couch or two single folding couches or two folding beds and a kitchenette.
• QUATRO for 8 persons consists of 3 bedrooms and living room with double folding couch and kitchenette. This type of apartment has 2 bathrooms.
BOARD: Self-catering.
LENGTH OF STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: The length of stay is 7 nights, the arrival day is Saturday. It is possible to check in between 16.00 – 19.00. It is necessary to check out by 9.30.

PRICE INCLUDES:
• rent of the apartment for 7 nights,
• water and electricity consumption, heating,
• local taxes
• insurance against insolvency.
COMPULSORY SURCHARGES:
• refundable deposit 200 EURO/ apartment,
• final cleaning 50 EURO/ apartment/ week (except for the kitchenette which has to be cleaned by the clients, paid in the resort).
EXTRA / OPTIONAL:
• bed linen 13 EURO/ pers./ exchange (necessary to announce at booking, paid in the resort),
• parking place or garage 7 EURO/ car/ day (on request, paid in the resort),
• cot / crib 35 EURO/ week (on request, paid in the resort)
NOTICE: The apartments are located in private houses and it is therefore necessary to announce a delayed arrival (after 19.00) by a phone call, otherwise we do not guarantee that it will be possible to accommodate on that day and a 50 EURO fee/ apartment might be charged.
