LOCATION: Residence lies right in the centre of San Martino di Castrozza elevated 1.467 m above sea level.
DISTANCE TO SKI LIFTS / SKIBUS: Skiing trails are 800 m far; skibus stop is 100 m far from the residence.
ACCOMMODATION: Apartments are Pleasantly furnished and have SAT TV, telephone, kitchenette and bathroom with shower and toilet.
• MONO for 2-4 persons consists of only one room partly divided by wall to living room with double folding sofa, SAT TV and kitchenette and bedroom with bunk beds. Apartment has balcony or terrace.
• ATTIC for 2-4 persons is on the 3rd floor with panoramic view and is arranged in the same way as MONO.
• BILO for 4 persons consists of bedroom with double folding sofa or two separate beds and living room with double folding sofa. The rooms are divided by wooden wall with sliding door
BOARD: Self-catering.
RESIDENCE FACILITIES & AMENITIES: Residence has reception, lift/elevator, lounge, restaurant, bar, laundry and car park / parking lot.
SPORT & RELAX: Sauna, pool, solarium.
FOR CHILDREN: Cot/ crib and high chair (on request), children’s club (age 3-10).
SPECIAL OFFER: In terms 1 December – 21 December 2007 the minimum length of stay is 3 nights, 21 December – 26 December 2007 the minimum length of stay is 4 nights. Possibility of weekend stays for minimally 2 nights. Capacity of all shortened stays on request – with weekend stays it is possible to check the capacity at least 10 days before the arrival.
LENGTH OF STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: The length of stay is 7, 6 or 4 nights. It is possible to check in between 17.30 – 21.00 and necessary to check out by 9.30.

NOTICE: Final cleaning is not included in the price and it is necessary to leave the apartment cleaned at the departure.
