LOCATION: Apartments and residence are located in the town of Pedraces / San Leonardo (1.324m above sea level).
DISTANCE TO SKI LIFTS / SKIBUS: The nearest ski lifts are about 400 – 800 m far.
ACCOMMODATION: The apartments vary in the way they are furnished depending on the owners‘ taste, have bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette in the living room and TV.
• MONO 2/3 consists of only one room with double folding and single folding sofa.
• BILO 4 for 4 persons consists of bedroom with two separate beds and living room with double folding sofa.
• BILO 5 for 5 persons consists of bedroom with double bed and living room with double folding sofa and single folding armchair.
• TRILO 6 for 6 persons consists of bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two separate or bunk beds and living room with double folding sofa.
BOARD: Self-catering.
LENGTH OF STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: The length of stay is specified in the price list. It is possible to check in time between 16.00 – 19.00. It is necessary to check out by 10.00.

NOTICE: The apartments are located in private houses and it is therefore necessary to announce a delayed arrival (after 19.00) by a phone call, otherwise getting accommodation and checking in will be possible only on the day following.
