LOCATION: The apartments and residence are located in La Villa town (1.443m above sea level), within small distance of the centre with restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarket, bank, etc.
DISTANCE TO SKI LIFTS / SKIBUS: The nearest ski lifts are 300 – 500 m far.
ACCOMMODATION: The apartments vary in the way they are furnished depending on the owners‘ taste and have bathroom with shower, toilet, kitchenette in the living room and TV.
• MONO 2/3 consists of only one room with double folding and single folding sofa.
• BILO 4 for 4 persons consists of bedroom with two separate beds and living room with double folding sofa.
• BILO 5 for 5 persons consists of bedroom with double bed and living room with double folding sofa and single folding armchair.
• TRILO 6 for 6 persons consists of bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with two separate or bunk beds and living room with double folding sofa.
BOARD: Self-catering.
LENGTH OF STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: The length of stay is specified in the price list. Checking in is possible between 16.00 – 19.00. It is necessary to vacate the apartments by 10.00.

COMPULSORY SURCHARGES:
• refundable deposit 100 EURO/apartment (paid in the resort)
EXTRA / OPTIONAL:
• bed linen 8 EURO/ person/ exchange (on request, paid in the resort)
• comprehensive travel insurance Union 80 SKK / person / day.
NOTICE: The apartments are located in private houses and it is therefore necessary to announce a delayed arrival (after 19.00) by a phone call, otherwise getting accommodation and checking in will be possible only on the day following.
