LOCATION: Apartment house Hubertus was renovated in 2005 and is situated in the centre of Gerlos, only 50 m far from shopping facilities.
DISTANCE TO SKI LIFTS / SKIBUS: Only 750 m far from the skiing slopes of Isskogel. Skibus stop is about 20 m far from the apartment house.
ACCOMMODATION: Pleasantly newly furnished apartments have bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchenette with cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, TV and balcony.
• A2-4T is 35 – 40 m2 and consists of bedroom with double bed and living room with bunk beds and kitchenette.
• A3-6T is 50 – 55 m2 and consists of 2 double beds and living room with double folding sofa. 7th or 8th bed in the apartment available against a surcharge (bunk or rollaway beds).
BOARD: Self-catering.
FACILITIES: Reception hall with fireplace and TV, breakfast room, lift and car park/parking lot.
SPECIAL OFFER: Cot / crib for free, small pets allowed without charge.
